Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing
Paid plans are charged monthly in Canadian dollars at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your account at any time. You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you've already paid for. Your account then moves to the Free plan; your progress, vocabulary and mistakes stay available.
Refunds
Because your plan's allowances are available immediately, payments are not refunded, including for partially used months. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Billing errors
If you're charged twice or charged in error, contact parlivasupport@gmail.com. We'll refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges in full.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know and our payment processor may retry. If payment isn't completed, your account may move to the Free plan.
